– Jennifer L, (Human Resources Analyst)

What to say about Geoff… what ever would we have done without him?

Our firm switched Applicant Tracking Systems and had to move all of our candidate and job data over, from a clunky non-intuitive system to a much more refined and complicated system. When we first started the project – we kind of entertained the idea that myself and our business analyst would manage the data conversion… then we realized HOW crazy complicated it was and thankfully we got approval to get some help. Geoff at Ironclad Computing & Consulting was recommended to us by our new ATS implementation guru (working relationships = best referrals). Geoff swooped in, not a moment to spare (literally, our go-live date was dangerously near). Dug right in and was in constant contact throughout the project – letting us know where he was at with different tasks and when they should be done. Asked great questions to draw out the information he needed – I appreciated the screensharing and filesharing process. Geoff used Trello and set us up with our own project board where we could share information, immediately upload/download files, and the like. He also used Doodle, so we could see his availability which made it super simple to book time to chat.

Geoff has a great sense of humor and was always very encouraging and helpful. When you’re implementing a new system on top of doing a full time job, you go a little crazy and Geoff was always so calm and collected. He is direct and honest, won’t dance around when he needs something from you or if something doesn’t make sense, which I greatly appreciate. Even when data uploads go wonky, Geoff just jumps right back in and gets it all set straight. I’m a very hands on, get in there and get dirty kind of girl – I want to understand the whys and hows – and Geoff seemed to embrace that, he never was bothered by my questions or my getting in the way. We had a very successful transition to our new system, Geoff went above and beyond to make sure all of our data was in before we went live (when you’re breaking up with a company – they rarely rush to get you your data).

If we ever get crazy enough to change our ATS again, I’d definitely want to bring Geoff back!
